I know wedding planning can feel stressful at times, so I want to invite you to lower your shoulders and sit with some love for yourself, just for a moment. You're amazing! You deserve greatness, you are so deeply loved & you deserve an extraordinary wedding experience and photographs that make you FEEL your most wonderful moments all over again for a lifetime.
I am all about the in-between moments and the little things. The way your forever partner wipes the tears from their eyes the moment they see you all done up. The look on your grandma's face when you spin for her to show off your beautiful wedding fit. The way your mom can't help but fuss with the buttons and the cufflinks. The complete immersion of the guests as they get to experience the love in front of them. The detail photos that show off all of your important details like the box your grandpa made just for you and the necklace your best friend gave you when you were 13. Those are the moments that tell your story. What tells the world how in love you are with your person, who makes up your circle, and gives the framework of your legacy.
THE PROCESS

We start with a Connection Call (book yours here!) where we make sure we vibe, you ask questions, and I get to learn all about your love story. Since you’ve already answered a few questions, we’re already almost to step 2!

If the package looks a-okay, you’ll approve it, sign the contract, and make your retainer payment. This gets us started on this adventure together! You'll get a link to a virtual client portal where you can view your files, send me messages, and keep track of payments. (I offer payment plans!)

You'll receive a few automated emails with tips and tricks, your digital planning guide, and more!

If you opt for an engagement session, we will schedule it for a few months out from your wedding - this will give you a great idea of how I shoot, how much fun you'll have (obvi) on the wedding day, and help us get more comfortable with each other in person.

A little over a month before the wedding day you'll get an email to schedule your 30 Day Out Meeting and complete a questionnaire for me. This is where we hash out all the details, answer questions, and finalize the timeline.

I'll be there early to scope out the areas, check in with you, and make sure everything is on track.

8 to 12 weeks later you get your gallery!
This process can totally have you feeling like a stranger in a strange land. Trust me, I know! I want to make this part of the journey a little (a lot) easier, and I want to make sure you feel as precious and valued as you truly are.

An additional professional photographer for your wedding day to capture more angles and ultimately have a more robust final gallery. Encouraged for folks who are: not having a first look (and have a wedding party) and would like most formal photos finished prior to the ceremony, are getting ready in 2 different locations, and/or have a guest count of 150+.

A great time to get used to being in front of the camera, see how I shoot and prompt, and gives you extra photos! Who doesn’t love that?! And it’s only an hour!

Payment Plans I Offer:
I try to be as flexible as I can because I know how hard it can be to handle wedding finances. You pay a non-refundable retainer up front, and then each month you'll be charged until one month out from your wedding day.
Monthly payments not the best for you? Let me know what works for you! I'm sure we can make something work.
Below is an example of a payment schedule with a 6-month timeline. My system will automatically split up your remaining payments, so below is a rough example.
April: 50% Non-Refundable Retainer
May: No payment!
June: about 16% of remaining payment
July: about 16% of remaining payment
August: about 16% of remaining payment
September: Wedding Month - No payment!

Frequently Asked Questions

It all depends! I recommend as many big groups as possible so there’s less combinations and more time to party. Additionally, grandparents aren’t often able to get up and down a bunch of times, so I try to make sure they’re done first. I try to keep it under 30 minutes, but if you have 15 or more combinations, it may take longer!
Definitely communicate expectations and times THOROUGHLY to anyone that will be in those photos!
Assume 3-5 minutes for EACH combination!

Nope, not at all! Usually about 30-45 minutes depending on how big your wedding party is and if you want to do big group photos or if you want to split the parties and then do a big group photo. You’ll also get “individuals”, where you and each wedding party member will get a few photos together!

We will knock out most of your portraits during cocktail hour, but I’ll make sure you get several during your first look, and of course, golden hour if that's your vibe. Usually about 15-20 minutes each block. I welcome having more portrait time built in! Just let your coordinator/planner know this is something you want to prioritize.

Alright, don’t hang me out to dry with this one… I DO ask that you have a coordinator. It can be Aunt Sally! But someone besides me needs to be the main vendor contact and keep us all on track with time.

All of your sneak peaks and final galleries will be sent through an online gallery delivery service called Pic-Time. You’ll receive a final gallery just like the ones I linked above! You can view your images, share with friends and family, order prints, and have unlimited downloads! I include the high-resolution downloads for free if you decide to print somewhere else!

I don’t put a limit on the number of images you’ll receive, but I do give an average of about 50-100 per hour of coverage you hire me for.

Absolutely! I do NOT do b&w image copies of every photo. As you’ll notice in the galleries above, I choose to make certain images b&w for multiple reasons. It all comes down to artistic intuition!

Life happens. Straight up.
I will always have loads of extra SD cards, way too many batteries, and a whole extra camera on me just in case. I carry rain gear and am never afraid to stand in the rain.
I leave my house WAY earlier than I need to to cover any flat tires, car issues, or traffic.
I am going to be there for you!! If for some crazy reason I come down with a flu or the world literally collapses around me, I will have a backup photographer ready to go for you. They will get the images, I will do all the editing. I send them in with a game plan and they're awesome people. This has never happened though! *knocks furiously on wood*
