Frequently Asked Questions.

  • Yes! Nearly all of my weddings involve travel, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Whether you’re getting married in the mountains of Colorado, the coast of New England, or a charming town tucked away in the South, I am there. I also offer custom multi-day weekend coverage, perfect for wedding weekends that include welcome dinners, brunches, or other events beyond the ceremony itself.

  • I currently accept bookings up to 18 months in advance. While many couples inquire 8–12 months before their wedding, I welcome early conversations for those planning ahead. If your date is still a little ways off, I’m happy to connect and talk through what you’re envisioning. Once you’re ready to secure your date, I’ll walk you through the next steps to officially reserve your weekend.

  • Yes. I offer a limited number of portrait sessions each year — including maternity, boudoir, engagement, and family sessions — all with an editorial approach and intentional storytelling. Whether you’re celebrating a milestone or simply preserving this chapter of your life, these sessions are rooted in presence, care, and refined simplicity.

  • I love flying solo, but for some weddings, yes. A second photographer will be included in custom proposals based on your event’s size, timeline, and coverage needs. This ensures we don’t miss a moment and allows for a broader range of images — like your partner’s face during your walk down the aisle or simultaneous coverage during cocktail hour. I have a wonderful group of photographers I work with, and they all approach weddings and couples with the same care and intention that I do.

  • Absolutely. If your timeline shifts or you decide you want additional hours, you can request a la carte coverage, billed at an hourly rate. For portrait sessions, I always do my best to accommodate if I don’t have another booking that day.

  • While I shoot with professional Canon equipment, my focus is always on the experience and emotion behind each image — not just the tools used to create it. My work combines digital and 35mm film to give your gallery an intentional, editorial finish rooted in real moments.

  • You’re welcome to print wherever you’d like, but I always recommend ordering through your gallery’s professional lab. It ensures your photos are printed with archival-quality color accuracy and longevity, and you’ll have exclusive access to premium print options curated for heirloom display. (Trust me — it makes a world of difference.)

  • Absolutely! Once you’ve reviewed your proposal and are ready to book, a 50% non-refundable retainer and signed contract are required to secure your date. From there, we can set up monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly payments based on what feels most manageable. Payment plans are custom-built into your invoice, offering ease and flexibility.
